  • Atlas trigger — runway-sized committed check  — Open. Primary path: committed check covering Atlas (~$500) + counsel + ops per Financials use-of-funds ($1.0M / 12 mo). Do not file on a Pakistan entity.
  • Delaware C-Corp filed (Stripe Atlas) + stand-up  — Open. Certificate / company kit, EIN, bank, founder stock + confirmatory IP assignments, option pool recorded.
  • Entity docs populated in this room  — Open. Replace Entity placeholders with real docs or private vault links (no secrets in public site deploy).

While Founders only: soft raise can still proceed with a portable bridge pack — Bridge raise deck + public Lab / methodology links. Soft raise open ≠ investor login.

How to unlock (ops)

When Gate A is Ready and budget or a committed check appears:

  1. Complete Formation checklist (Stripe Atlas Delaware C-Corp).
  2. Populate Entity placeholders with real docs or secure links.
  3. Mark incorporation gates complete in founder configuration only after each step is done.
  4. Provision investor accounts deliberately after all gates are met.
  5. Redeploy the dataroom. Investor login stays blocked until the full sequence is complete.

Still separate from evidence outreach

Design-partner cold outreach is unlocked on Phase 3 technical distribution; demand-signal progress (ICP conversations / eval threads) lives on the pipeline. Investor sharing waits on this incorporation sequence.
